Try saying
Some things people ask their coach:
- "Plan my week": one ramble in, a placed week out
- "Did legs and a 5k today": logged and mapped onto your Body Map
- "Remind me to take my meds at 9": a reminder that can ring like an alarm
- "How did last week go?": straight answers from your own data
- "I want to play more guitar": a new Moment
A weekly planning talk
Once a week your coach can sit down with you to look back and plan ahead. One conversation, and the coming week is placed.
A coach that keeps the thread
The coach remembers what you said you would do, notices when you did it, and asks what got in the way when you did not. It is not a person and does not pretend to be one. The useful part is the accountability and continuity.
Pick a coach, or none
Coaches have their own personality and their own room on your widget. If you would rather not have a character, choose plain wording with no personality. Every feature works either way.
Good to know
- Is the coach a therapist?
- No. Grip helps with plans, reminders and follow-through. It does not diagnose, treat or replace professional care.
- What happens to my messages?
- They are stored in an EU database. Replies are written by OpenAI models, which do not train on them and delete them within 30 days. See the privacy policy for the full path.
