A picture in your own words
Answer a short set of questions per area, in plain words like "Under 6 hours" or "Most days". Grip draws it as a flower, one petal each for focus, sleep, movement, food and balance. Next time you can redo it in a couple of minutes and see what changed.
Pick a focus, and your coach follows up
Choose the area you want to work on and pick an experiment for it, like a fixed wake-up time or a short walk after lunch. That becomes your plan for the month:
- Your coach sets it up with you, often as a daily Moment on your widget
- Two weeks in, a check-in asks how it is going
- After a month, "How did sleep go?" compares then and now
- Keep it, try something different, or move to another area
Body Map
Log a workout in chat ("Did legs and a 5k today") or let it come in from Health Connect, and it lands on the muscles it trained. You see what you have worked on lately and what has had a rest.

Optional, like every connection
Health Connect is optional. Without it, Grip still works and you can log things by telling your coach. Grip is honest about results too: when something improves, it cannot always tell whether the experiment caused it.
Good to know
- Which data does Grip read from Health Connect?
- Steps, sleep, heart rate and workouts, only if you turn it on.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. Grip is for daily structure and does not diagnose or treat anything.
