It notices, your widget offers
Grip looks at your day, the weather, where you are and how much you have moved. When there is a gap that suits a Moment, the widget offers it, for example a walk while it is still dry or a one-minute stretch after a long stretch of work.
You choose the Moments
Turn on the ones you want, or ask your coach for a new one. "I want to play more guitar" becomes a guitar Moment. Some come built in:
- A walk when you are home and have barely moved
- A one-minute stretch
- A 30-second breathing reset
- Counting breaths, a short sitting meditation
- Anything else you ask your coach for
It learns your timing
Answer with "I will try it", "Not a good time" or "Stop these". Over time Grip learns when each Moment suits you and stops offering it when it does not. Every Moment has an off switch.
Good to know
- Does Grip need my location?
- No. Location is optional. With it, Moments can fit where you are; without it, Grip still works.
- How many Moments will I get?
- Only the ones you turned on, and only when they fit. You can switch any of them off at any time.
