One tap, no app to open
The lock screen card asks how you feel and you answer with a tap. There is no form, no diary and no streak to protect.
Your coach goes easier on low days
A low check-in changes how Grip talks to you for the rest of the day. Suggestions get smaller and the tone gets softer, instead of the same push you would get on a good day.
Patterns you can look back on
Every check-in feeds Metrics, where you can see mood, energy and calm over time and next to what you did that day.
Good to know
- Does my phone support lock screen widgets?
- It depends on the phone and Android version. Where lock screen widgets are not available, the same check-in shows on the Home Screen widget.
- Is this a medical mood tracker?
- No. Grip does not diagnose or treat anything. The check-ins are there to help the coach fit the day and to help you notice your own patterns.
