Set them in plain words
Tell your coach "Remind me to take my meds at 9" and it is set. No time pickers, no forms.
Hard to miss when it matters
A reminder can ring like an alarm with a full-screen card, so the things that really matter do not get lost under other notifications.
For the things you cannot miss, use Lock in: a heads-up an hour before, and an alarm five minutes before unless you have already answered on the widget.
Quiet until it needs to be loud
Your plan shows on the widget first. Grip only reaches out when a task is close and still unanswered, and you choose how strongly: the widget only, a vibration, a sound, or a full notification.
The thread stays open
After a task, Grip asks how it went. Done, partly done or skipped all count, and a skip can carry a reason. Not now? Push it later today in steps of 30 minutes.
If you did not do it, your coach can ask what got in the way instead of sending the same reminder tomorrow. Forgetting is only part of the problem; the rest is what happens after the alert.
Good to know
- Do reminders work in battery saver?
- Grip uses exact alarms so reminders fire on time, and the widget stays current even in battery saver.
- Can I turn the sound down?
- Yes. You choose how strongly Grip reaches you, from the widget only up to a full notification.
